Banana & raw açaí truffles
These healthy treats are easy to make and super delicious. Here is what you will need:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup sliced dried bananas {the chewy, soft kind}
- 2 tbsp #PureJungleAcai
- 5 dates
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pure mapple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
- cacao powder and açaí powder to coat
Directions:
Soak cashews in water for a minimum of 4 hours. Drain water and chop them first in a food processor. Add bananas, 2 tbsp of açaí, dates, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt and blend until ingredients are well mixed. Place the mixture in the fridge for an hour to set. Roll the mixture with your hands into small balls. Coat the balls in açaí and cacao powder.
